How it all began!

After what seemed like a lifetime behind a desk in the Telecoms industry, Alison took the opportunity to change direction in 2006 and follow her dream to create a small fast food business serving Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs, Beds and East Anglia areas.  She offers the type of healthier food that she likes to create and eat!  And when she discovered the nutritious and delicious qualities of buckwheat crepes she decided that her penchant for creative pancake making could come into its own!

And so 

was born! 

Vegetarian, Coeliac and Vegan Friendly

The versatile galettes (savoury pancakes) are made from buckwheat flour and are naturally wheat and gluten free.  Specialities include tasty vegetarian fillings, using home-grown and local produce in season, organic whenever possible and Alison makes her own soups, chillis and relishes to ensure she creates a quality, delicious, gluten abd wheat free product every time!

Specially Selected Free Range Eggs and Meats

Alison uses only gluten free Norfolk sausages and rare breed ham which have been specially selected and supplied by renowned Accredited Rare Breed farmer Roger Human of Tavern Tasty Meats.  His traditional rare breed pork is raised on antibiotic and drug free rations.  And she is fanatical about using Free Range Eggs!  So much so that she is currently contemplating having her own chickens!

And let's not forget the children's favourite! 

The light, sweet, traditional french crepes, personally mixed by Alison using free range local eggs and quality flour can be flavoured with all manner of ingredients, from vanilla, rose water and lavender ...

.....and for those "children at heart".....

to most kinds of alcohol!! Truly special - and great for parties or a special occasions and events!

Where?

Based on the picturesque Norfolk Broads, the attractive, purpose built creperie will travel to venues within approx. 100 miles of Norfolk in order to provide you with a fun and healthy catering experience for your party or special event. Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs, Beds,  Essex, indeed the whole East Anglia region. Alison can also arrange a unique "Crepe Experience Day" in the Norfolk &  Suffolk areas as a unique gift for that special  someone!  Contact Alison for further information. Dare to be different!!!
